Conclave Verde ushers in the harvest festival of Poush Parbon with a thoughtfully curated menu celebrating the comforting flavours of traditional Bengali cuisine. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Manish Kumar Pandey, Director – Clubs, AmbujaNeotia Hospitality, said, “Poush Parbon is deeply rooted in Bengal’s culinary and cultural traditions. At Conclave Verde, we wanted to bring back the warmth of home-style flavours and seasonal ingredients, offering our guests an authentic and nostalgic festive dining experience.”
The spread features winter favourites such as Mochar Chop with Gondhoraj Mayo and Echorer Cutlet with Raw Mango Salsa, followed by soulful mains like Nabanner Sabji Khichuri made with Gobindo Bhog rice, Beguni, Traditional Labra, Soru Chaler Bhat with Ghee, Sona Moonger Dal and Jhuri Jhure Aloo Bhaja.
The festive meal concludes on a sweet note with classic desserts including Nolen Gurer Dudh Puli, Gur Narkel Patishapta, Nolen Gurer Payesh, Gur Makha Sandesh and Gurer Rosogolla, capturing the true essence of the season. The festive menu will be served from 10th January to 17th January.
