The Conclave Verde Serves Baisakhi Maha Bhoj
The Conclave Verde in Upohar will host its Poila Baisakh buffet, _Baisakhi Maha Bhoj_, on 14th April from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Priced at ₹899 + GST per person, the menu blends nostalgia with festive flair.
Guests begin with Gandharaj Ghol, Shank Aloo Kasundi Chaat, Mango Chilli Salad, and Begun Pora with Kumro Bhate. Starters include Musur Dal Bora, Beguni, Cocktail Fish Kabiraji, and Dimer Devil. A live Keema Ghugni with Pao counter adds an interactive element.

Orko’s at City Centre 1, Salt Lake will run its Poila Boisakh Buffet across two days: dinner on 14th April from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM and lunch on 15th April from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The buffet is priced at ₹1099 + taxes per person.
The spread opens with Tomato Badam Shorba and starters like Mocha Murgir Chop, Chingrir Piyaji, and Veg Shahmi Kebab, served with chutneys, bharta, and salads.

Orko’s at Regenta Orkos Kolkata, Kasba, returns with the third season of _Baisakhi Anondodhara_ on 15th April 2026. The Poila Baisakh special buffet is priced at ₹1099 + taxes per person.
The experience starts with Kolkata street favourites including Gondhoraj flavoured fish croquettes, Chingrir Piyaji, Dimer Devil, and a chaat corner with Jhal Muri, Aloor Chop, Beguni, and Dahi Vada. Live stations serve wok-tossed noodles, fried rice, and Tangra-style chilli fish balls and Manchurian.
Signature Bengali mains include Sorshe Posto Bhapa Doi Maach, Kalo Bhuna Mutton, Dhoka’r Dalna, and Korai Suti’r Kochuri with Ghee Bhat and Hing Narkoli Cholar Dal. Kolkata-style Chicken Biryani with aloo and anda, chutneys, achars, salads, and papads complete the course.
