Fusion CX Limited, a global customer experience (CX) management and GenAI-powered CX transformation service provider, on 10th October, announced the successful completion of integration following its acquisition of Scribe.ology LLC, a healthcare documentation solutions provider. The milestone further strengthens Fusion CX’s presence in healthcare services and reinforces its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
The announcement coincides with Fusion CX’s global recognition at the 2025 Stevie Awards in Lisbon, where the company was honored as Customer Service Team of the Year, underscoring its dual focus on growth and service excellence.
Fusion CX acquired Texas-based Scribe.ology LLC in April 2025 for USD 300,000. The company provides in-facility and remote scribe services to hospitals, clinics, emergency departments, and telehealth providers., Scribe.ology primarily serves large healthcare systems and physician groups in the U.S.
The integration enables Fusion CX to combine its scale and AI-driven platforms with Scribe. ology’s expertise, offering real-time documentation, AI-assisted scribing, and enhanced patient engagement solutions for healthcare organizations.
