Bonne Femme Introduces Nobo Borsho Platter 2024 to Celebrate Bengali New Year

Bonne Femme, renowned for its exquisite culinary experiences, transported guests into the heart of Bengal’s vibrant Nobo Borsho festivities with the unveiling of the Nobo Borsho Platter. Esteemed dignitaries, including renowned actress Sayantani Guhathakurta, Model Madhabilata Mitra and Mr. Sudip Mullick, co-owner of Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick and owner of Bonne Femme, graced the occasion on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 1:00 pm onwards.

From the Baishakhi Veg Thali featuring Luchi, Cholar Dal, and Enchorer Dalna among other delights, to the Murshidabadi Thali boasting Luchi, Cholar Dal, and Kanchalanka Murgir Jhol, and finally, the premium Rupnarayani Thali showcasing delicacies like Sorse Bhetki and Swaralipi Sandesh, every thali promises a delightful journey through the diverse flavors of Bengal.
