On the occasion of World AIDS Day, Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital launched a compassionate initiative by offering free AIDS testing to 100 women from Sonagachi, one of Kolkata’s most vulnerable communities. The program aimed to raise awareness, promote early detection, and provide vital care and guidance in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The event, held under the distinguished leadership of Mr. Krishna Kumar Gupta, Chairman of Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital, sought to dismantle the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS while empowering participants with critical knowledge and resources.
