All India Legal Aid Forum Felicitates Netaji’s Daughter Anita Bose Pfaff in Germany

In 1942, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose left his four-week-old daughter Anita Bose Pfaff in Germany and crossed to Japan in a submarine to start his remarkable independence war against Britishers. Just as the people of India have deep respect for Netaji, they also have deep affection and love for Netaji’s daughter Anita. Recently All India Legal Aid Forum has conferred ‘Bharat Gaurab Samman’ on Netaji’s daughter Anita Basu Pfaff in Augsburg, Germany on June 30. In addition to this, forum also gave various gifts including Bengal’s Saree to her. Netaji’s daughter was overwhelmed by this honor.
She was associated with teaching for a long time. She said that she felt eternally grateful for the honor she received from distant India and specifically West Bengal.

General Secretary of ‘All India Legal Aid Forum’ and Supreme Court lawyer Joydeep Mukherjee said – “We are proud to honor the daughter of Netaji”.

Mr. Joydeep Mukherjee, who is also an acclaimed Netaji Researcher and recipient of ‘Kumud Sahitya Ratna’ for his works on Netaji, handed over his latest book ‘Cheka – The Road of Bones’ to Anita Bose Pfaff.

From the end of June to the beginning of this July, All India Legal Aid Forum also handed over many books on Netaji to the Indian embassies in 8 countries.
