Masala Bay Comes to Shamiana at Taj City Centre Kolkata

Bold and Beautiful flavours from the signature Indian restaurant Masala Bay at Taj Lands End, Mumbai is making its way to Shamiana at Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata on 14th September. Deftly curated by Chef Kanishk Sethi, treat yourself to an enticing menu till 22nd September.

Immerse in an imaginative new exploration of Indian cuisine, savour established favourites and innovative delicacies that are perfectly seasoned and skillfully prepared. The menu is an eclectic blend of time-honored recipes with international culinary styles to create unprecedented, aromatic masterpieces.

Our Goli Shorba, Tehdaar Paneer, Nimona Tikki, Gilawat Ke Kebab as starters are must-haves for starters. Among mains, sample Sunday Mutton Curry, Lahori Paneer, Jheenga Anardana, Dal Makhani with either Mutton/ Chicken Parat Pulao or Bah Khummach, Makhmali naan. The humble Makhana Badaam ki Kheer makes for a sweet ending to this culinary magnum opus.

One can also opt for the Thali menus with sample portions of the specially crafted menu. Our esteemed guests can enjoy Lunch from 12.30pm to 3.30 pm; Dinner from 7.30pm to 11.30 pm. The price for two is INR 2500 plus taxes.
