Nothing Opens Sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata

London-based consumer tech unicorn, Nothing on 26th February announced the launch of its sixth Exclusive Service Centre in India, now open in Kolkata. The new centre strengthens the company’s after-sales infrastructure in India and reflects its continued commitment to delivering faster, more specialised support to its growing customer base.

With five Exclusive Service Centres already operational across the country, the Kolkata facility marks the next step in Nothing’s strategy to build a robust, premium service ecosystem that matches the rapid growth of its user community. The centre is designed to provide dedicated assistance through trained specialists, priority servicing, expert diagnostics, and enhanced customer care in a focused brand environment.

Speaking on the expansion, Akis Evangelidis, co-founder and India President, Nothing India said, “At Nothing, we see customer experience as an extension of product experience. As our community continues to grow across India, expanding our exclusive service infrastructure is essential. The launch of our sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata reflects our commitment to delivering faster, more reliable, and more specialised support to our users in the country.”

The Nothing Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata is located at 3rd Floor, #66 Vivekananda Road, Girish Park North, P.S. Girish Park, Kolkata – 700006. The centre will operate from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and will remain closed on Sundays. Every second and fourth Saturday is observed as Nothing Service Day, where customers can avail complimentary product cleaning, discounts on spare parts, and zero service charges at the service centre.

To support this rapid growth, Nothing continues to invest heavily in after-sales infrastructure. In 2025 alone, Nothing expanded its nationwide service network from 350 to 430 service centres, with a clear roadmap to reach 500 centres by the end of 2026. Priority service desks have also scaled from 5 to over 30 locations, improving service accessibility and reducing turnaround times for customers across India.

The new Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre is part of Nothing’s continued push to deliver more personalised and premium after-sales support. Beyond repairs and technical assistance, the centre will host service camps and provide access to care plans and device protection solutions, ensuring a smoother ownership experience for customers in Eastern India.

India remains a key growth market for the brand. Nothing emerged as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in the country, leading for seven out of eight consecutive quarters in 2025. The company crossed $1 billion in total sales at the start of 2025, growing into a $1.3 billion business backed by $200 million in Series C funding from global investors. Earlier this month, Nothing also opened its first flagship offline store in Bengaluru and is now gearing up for the launch of Phone (4a) on March 5, 2026.
