Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a Gateway hotel, a greenfield project, in Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Gurugram continues to evolve as a key commercial hub within NCR, driven by sustained growth across corporate, financial services and IT/ITeS sectors. Located in an emerging micro‑market of New Gurugram, this signing enables IHCL to address the growing demand for full-service branded hospitality offerings. The 220‑key hotel features an all‑day dining restaurant, a bar and a specialty restaurant. Guests can explore the state‑of‑the‑art gym and unwind by the swimming pool. Designed to cater to corporate gatherings and social events, the hotel houses a banquet hall spanning 7,000 sq. ft.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 15 hotels in Haryana, including 6 under development.
