Gallery Gold, an esteemed art centre in Kolkata, has shown its commitment to introduce new artists to the community and create an environment for exchange of creative views. For Art lovers of the city, with the patronization of Senco Gold and Diamonds, Gallery Gold is showcasing its 9th chapter of ‘Strokes & Strikes’ painting, sculpture & graphics printmaking, 3D art exhibition for public viewing and sale. The exhibition was inaugurated on 10th February and will continue till 16th February (3-8pm). This time there are paintings of Bengal Masters-Jogen Chowdhury, Late Ganesh Pyne, Samir Aich, Banga Bibhushan Shubhaprasanna, Shipra Bhattacharya, Late Prokash Karmakar, Subrata Gangopadhyay in display for the Art lovers along with budding artists.
Ranjana Sen, (Patron, Gallery Gold) said, ‘This is a platform for not only conventional and meaningful artist, it also a place for physically challenged personalities/ artists. This year almost 160 paintings from various artists are on display. The gallery continues to carry forward legacy and dream of Late Shri. Shaankar Sen to support budding Artists and showcase the talent.
