Shanghai Flavours of China Town, the distinguished establishment renowned for its authentic pan-Asian cuisine, is set to immerse patrons in a delectable celebration of the Year of the Dragon. From February 10th to March 10th, the culinary festivities will unfold across all 12 outlets in Kolkata.
In an exclusive event held at the restaurant on 1st february, the esteemed chef unveiled a meticulously crafted menu inspired by the theme ‘Year of the Dragon,’ graced by the presence of the renowned actor and director, Parambrata Chatterjee.
Embracing the vibrant spirit of the Chinese New Year, the specially curated menu boasts an array of tantalizing dishes, including Hoisin Glazed Pork with Pokchay, Dragon Noodles, Stir-Fried Garlic Green Beans with Chicken, Crispy Ginger-Soy Scallion Fish, Thai-Infused Granite Prawns, Lo Mein Noodles, Chicken in Hot Basil, Double Fried Pork, Cheese Bell Pepper Boat, and Udang Plasma Root.
The menu promises to captivate taste buds, showcasing the chef’s culinary prowess in seamlessly blending traditional flavours with a modern twist, embodying the essence of the Year of the Dragon. Furthermore, all 12 outlets will extend their operating hours, serving from 11 am to 11 pm during the festive period.
