An elaborate festival menu for Aaheli has been designed by Nayana, comprising of delicacies like Kubuli, Akhni Pulao, Alur Dal, Echorer korma, Anarashi Katla, Ilish Dopiaza, Biyebarir Rezala, Morog Korma, Lachha Sewai Laddu and much more.
The festival is unique since it has specially curated items from various divisions of Bangladesh like Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Rangpur. Only the best ingredients and raw materials have been imported and locally sourced for the festival.
