Ansari Karate Academy organized Khelo India Khelo Karate Championship 2023 on 8 January at Dasnagar Alamahan Dass Indoor Stadium, Howrah. Around 650 boys and girls across ages from all over India took part in this grand championship.
The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Prasanta Kumar Chowdhury, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police(Special Branch), Barrackpore Police Commissionerate. Mr. Goutam Kumar Das, Assistant Commissioner , Kolkata Police was present as Guest of Honour. Dr. Sujoy Chakraborty, Chairman of Howrah Municipal Corporation was present as Special Guest. Many experienced and renowned Karate Trainers all over India came with their students to participate in this Championship.
The 19 participants won medals in this Karate Championship. Ansari Karate Academy is run by experienced Karate Trainer Sensei Imtiyaz Ansari who is has qualification of Black Belt 5th Dan(Japan). His Ansari Karate Academy is approved by Shito Ryu Karate Do Federation.
