West Bengal Governor inaugurates Purvodaya Literary Festival 2025 at ICCR Kolkata

On 27th February, H.E. Shri CV Ananda Bose, Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal, inaugurated the Purvodaya Literary Festival 2025. The festival, promising to share stories from eastern India, is being held at ICCR Kolkata from 27th February to 1st March. Orchestrated by the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies (ISCS) in harmonious alliance with the National Book Trust, the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), the Sahitya Akademi, Sri Aurobindo Bhavan, and the Publication Board of Assam, will illuminate the literary firmament of Eastern India.

The Purvodaya Literary Festival 2025 is poised to welcome an impressive gathering of over two lakh participants from the six dynamic states of Eastern India.
